Your rights

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold.
  • Ask us to correct personal data we hold. A paid reading includes two self-serve birth-detail corrections and re-casts; later requests receive manual review.
  • Have it erased, including a chart cast for someone else.
  • Withdraw a consent you gave, at any time.
  • Nominate someone to act for you.
  • Complain to us first, and to the Data Protection Board once it is operating.
