Who we are
Rare You is operated by Healers World. Vedika Intelligence computes the charts as a processor; it is not the party you pay. Company registration details and the grievance officer are published on the Healers World legal hub.

Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account or to pay. Do not enter a child's details unless you are the parent or lawful guardian.

What you are buying
A dated, tracked practice built from named chart computations, and the reading you keep. You are not buying a prediction, a cure, a court result, a job, or a marriage. We stand behind the computation of the fields we name, not events in the world.

Birth details
You are responsible for what you enter. If you mark the time of birth unknown, everything that needs it is suppressed rather than guessed. A paid reading includes two no-cost birth-detail corrections and re-casts. Further correction requests receive manual review; another re-cast is not automatic.

Another person's details
If you enter someone else's birth details you confirm you have their permission, and that you will tell them we hold the data. We will erase it on their request.

Acceptable use
Personal devotion. No resale of our outputs as your own professional advice. No harassment, no caste hate, no sex selection, and no using a reading to pressure a partner, an employee or a child.

Where a machine writes
A sentence may be phrased by a language model, and we label it where that happens. The facts on the card come from computation. A model never invents a number.

Money
The kept reading is a one-time purchase, one per account. Its advertised total includes tax, and checkout shows the base price, tax rate and total before you pay. Buying it does not start a subscription. Healers World memberships are sold separately under their own billing terms.

Refunds
See the refund policy. A delivered, as-advertised reading is not refunded because an event did not happen. Delivery failures and materially incomplete readings are eligible for a full-refund request, which a person verifies against the order and delivery record.

Liability
To the extent Indian law permits, we are not liable for decisions you take after using the service. Nothing here limits our liability for a misleading advertisement or a deficient service.

Governing law
India. Consumer commissions keep their jurisdiction whatever a venue clause says.

Changes
A material change to auto-debit, to how we use data, or to the nature of the service is notified, and where the law requires it we ask for consent again. Continuing to use the site is not consent to a new purpose.
